There is a variety of theoretical information available on the Internet about Standards, Measurement Testing and Quality and its application in economic development and removal of Technical Barriers to Trade.  However there are very few consolidated resources that deal with the matter in its entirety, and there are even fewer textbooks on the subject.

I have gathered a vaste archive of materials on the subject over the last 15 years, and am currently developing a consolidated list of www links that will be useful to those wishing to research the subject.
